Welcome to my all things creative music blog. I love interesting ways of looking at things and making correlations with subjects that normally would not be associated with each other. Here you will find videos of music performances, tutorials, and editorials about the ever changing world of music. If you have questions about music, feel free to post. I will do my best to find the best possible answer available to me and the world wide web.
I think Van Halen contributed to the musical expression a hand full of musicians made back in the 80's. Everyone was bound to speak their mind at some point. The world is more corrupt and worse than it was back in the 80's. The commercial is strange and disturbing especially long to get to the point. The commercials nowadays are straight to the point and not that much of a story.
ReplyDeleteI don't know
ReplyDeletewell I don't really see alot of Apple commercials but I really like this one
I don't really know how it was in 1984. I think people are more accepting now which is good but also it is hotter and less comfortable due to global warming and cutting down trees
Bonus: Bach Cello Suite No. 1
Hmmm maybe .
ReplyDeleteMmm it is introducing it in a intertaining way.
Worse , cause its not really recognized , now everyone has technology . It is good that we have all these things , it makes things easy , but still yeah , all together it's worse .
no i think that there craziness did.
ReplyDeletethis one doesn't show the object.
worse because the world has gotten corrupted.
I believe that George Orwell could possibly be right and could be completly wrong I dont have any ideal.
ReplyDeleteI dont really like this commercial and I definitly think this seens old and wierd and not so fun and interesting.
I dont really know alot about 1984 but I like todays generation and the new technology.
Van Halen: I don't know . . . Maybe?
ReplyDeleteSupplemental: It's more serious than they are now.
Remembering Steve Jobs: I'm not sure, but I think the world is always getting worse as time passes so I'm pretty sure it would be worse now.
i really have no clue.
ReplyDeleteit actually stood for something.
i don't know cause i wasn't there.
1. Im not sure
ReplyDelete2. They are completely different like they are just kind of lame now.
3. I would say its gotten worse.
1.I'm not very sure , but i'd say maybe...
ReplyDelete2.It was more serious, and more of such a big deal then ,while now it's normal and not as suprising and a huge change or something.
3.It doesnt seem like a giant change in technology , but now we have way more and everyone's used to it, not shocked by it.. so i dont know , i guess now it would be better since we're more advanced in that stuff.
I definetly think the fear of a conforming society pushed people to test their boundaries. They didn't want to become just like everyone else. They wanted to stand out and above.
ReplyDeleteThe commercial was all about the technology as opposed to today where it's all about the user.
I think it was better in the 80's. Everything was so much simpler.
1. yes
ReplyDelete2. i thought it was cool it had more a movie feel
3. money wise 1984 we were better of
I think it was Worse back then.
ReplyDelete1.) I'm sure it did many musicians had the same thoughts so it may have but then again it may not have been.
ReplyDelete2.) They both are about advancing the future.
3.) I would think better and worse, it was a tad bit safer for kids but it must have had some problems.
yes i do because artist are always looking for the next big thing.
ReplyDeletethis commercial is much more dramatic compared to the ones now that are more technical and informational.
worst because our values have lowered and our generation is going down the drain.
