Van Halen

  1. I think Van Halen contributed to the musical expression a hand full of musicians made back in the 80's. Everyone was bound to speak their mind at some point. The world is more corrupt and worse than it was back in the 80's. The commercial is strange and disturbing especially long to get to the point. The commercials nowadays are straight to the point and not that much of a story.

  2. I don't know

well I don't really see alot of Apple commercials but I really like this one

I don't really know how it was in 1984. I think people are more accepting now which is good but also it is hotter and less comfortable due to global warming and cutting down trees

Bonus: Bach Cello Suite No. 1

Mmm it is introducing it in a intertaining way.

Worse , cause its not really recognized , now everyone has technology . It is good that we have all these things , it makes things easy , but still yeah , all together it's worse .

  6. Van Halen: I don't know . . . Maybe?

Supplemental: It's more serious than they are now.

Remembering Steve Jobs: I'm not sure, but I think the world is always getting worse as time passes so I'm pretty sure it would be worse now.

  9. 1.I'm not very sure , but i'd say maybe...
2.It was more serious, and more of such a big deal then ,while now it's normal and not as suprising and a huge change or something.
3.It doesnt seem like a giant change in technology , but now we have way more and everyone's used to it, not shocked by it.. so i dont know , i guess now it would be better since we're more advanced in that stuff.

  10. I definetly think the fear of a conforming society pushed people to test their boundaries. They didn't want to become just like everyone else. They wanted to stand out and above.
The commercial was all about the technology as opposed to today where it's all about the user.
I think it was better in the 80's. Everything was so much simpler.

  12. 1.) I'm sure it did many musicians had the same thoughts so it may have but then again it may not have been.

2.) They both are about advancing the future.

3.) I would think better and worse, it was a tad bit safer for kids but it must have had some problems.

  13. yes i do because artist are always looking for the next big thing.
this commercial is much more dramatic compared to the ones now that are more technical and informational.
worst because our values have lowered and our generation is going down the drain.
