Question : Do you think the Beatles had a positive or negative influence on American music? Answer : I don't think the beatles had a bad influence just no a great influence.
Positive! We wouldn't have music as it is today if it wasn't for them. It really showed musicians that it was okay to experiment. I think they influenced the 70's technological race in music and the experimentation that came along with it.
I'm not really a fan of the Beatles but a lot of people seem to really like them so I would say positive.

I think the influence was definitely positive however many americans didn't like the beatles coming to American.
