Question : Why does a lullaby help to chase our fears away at night?

  1. Well people tend to think a lot at night. So I guess just the soothing music, makes happy thoughts. So you will have less nightmares. It's relaxing

  2. I agree with Leslie. Lullaby stray your mind away from disturbing thoughts and replace them with a more pleasant state of mind until you're able to fall asleep.

  3. Lullabies tend to have a soft and soothing sound to them. They help relax you so that you're not thinking about your fears.

  6. I think a lullaby takes are fears away cause it soothes us. It takes are minds off of other things. Though I listen to a lot of different music.
