  3. Being that the music has a mysterious almost sorrowful sound to it, I'm thinking a psychological thriller. Something like a newly released mental patient starts seeing things and is convinced that she's being stalked. When she goes to the police after she finds her home trashed, they insist that she returns to the hospital upon finding her home in one piece. Confused but determined to prove her sanity, she begins looking into the crime rates in her neighborhood. After a second call to 911 following another attack from her stalker and them finding no evidence, she is put back into the hospital and heavily medicated. In the end, after her "hallucinations" continue, our protagonist discovers she was not being stalked, but haunted. Maybe there could be a sequel.

  4. The sad yet joyful music makes this a great song for a silent film. I picture a couple. Ballet dancers both in love with each other but don't know how to show it. The couple are then separated for a dance recital and grow apart. All the while they grow hatred for the other as they dance with different partner. This hatred from jealousy drives the man insane as he pictures late night images of her with her partner. The man drags about wither to go confront her about the affair. In the meanwhile she thinks the same. The end is where they confront each other only to be cornered by a serial killer that has been in the news for some time. The serial killer shoots the woman and takes off. The man is left holding her in his arms. She confesses her love to him. He cries and says that he will avenge his lover tonight. The last scene is the man dancing in his cells picturing his lost lover in is arms......

  5. “I saw the Zeffirelli version [of Romeo and Juliet] when I was 13 and I cried my eyes out, because I couldn’t understand why, the morning after they shagged, they didn’t just run away. The song is written for two people who should run away before all the bad stuff starts.” -Thom Yorke on the song Exit Music (For a Film)
