Question : Do you think it is better to burn out or fade away?
Welcome to my all things creative music blog. I love interesting ways of looking at things and making correlations with subjects that normally would not be associated with each other. Here you will find videos of music performances, tutorials, and editorials about the ever changing world of music. If you have questions about music, feel free to post. I will do my best to find the best possible answer available to me and the world wide web.

I have to say ... Fade away ?
ReplyDeleteI would have to say burn out!
ReplyDeleteIt really depends on the person and how they feel about what they're doing. For example, this guy didn't like being famous right? If you asked him, he would probably rather burn out as would many others. If you were to ask me if I, personally, would rather burn or fade, I think I would want to fade away so there would at least be a few people listening to me. I think it's better to slowly fade into nothing, as opposed to just crashing all of a sudden and have tons of people like you one day and then nobody the next.
ReplyDeleteI tink that it is better. To fade away because you need to expirens all of life.
ReplyDeleteFading away would be better that burning out, in my opinion. Reason being, then you're still mildly famous instead of not at all. Maybe for some people, burning out is best. That's not for me, though. I'd rather have a small fan base than a none exsistent one.
ReplyDeleteFade away
ReplyDeleteI think it is better to fade away because when you fade away you can still play and make new songs but you just aren't as famous
ReplyDeleteI think its better to fade away because then people will bother to look you up, instead of not hearing about you at all.
ReplyDeleteI'd much rather fade away because the idea of being in the spot then drifting into the dark where not many pay attention to, but still know you're there somewhere is appeling to me. To burn out is to try to stay in the spotlight but have no winning chance and that's not my style of going out.
ReplyDeletei would rather burn out because I could get famous then slip out of the public eye ever be know of my music I am an artist not a rock star.
ReplyDeleteI'd would rather fade away, because fading away is way better because people know who you are and you start to fade where people still know who I am but some don't. A burn out is just someone who want to be in the spotlight and not be known for what they are or what they have achieved.
ReplyDeleteI say it'd be better to fade away and last a little longer than to just burn out and be gone, fading away gives more people the oppurtunity to know of you and remember you as opposed to just burning out and being thought of a few times.
ReplyDeleteI think its better to burn out I think because when you fade the last memory people have of you is that you just weren't that good anymore. So if they see that you just burned out then they will still have some respect for you. When you fade away think it just looks bad on you because that's all people will remember about you.
ReplyDeleteI think it's better to burn out, if you just fade away, no one will wonder where you went, but if you disappear at the top of your career then you will always be rememebed.
ReplyDeleteI think its better to burn out because people will remember me more and sometimes getting old means you can do less stuff and I would like to do with a bunch of awesome memories.
ReplyDeletewhatever happens, keep at it until there is no more to give
